Organic Diet?

Do you try to eat organic? Do you like raw foods that require no cooking? Are you a vegetarian?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, the Palo Verde Library has a new recipe book that you would enjoy: Raw Basics – Incorporating raw living foods into your diet using easy and delicious recipes.

Author Jenny Ross gives you simple recipes to get you started, a group of every day recipes and some kid friendly choices.

The Palo Verde Library is located at the corner of Broadway and Chanslorway just south and across the street from the Margaret White Elementary School. The library opens each day, except Sunday, at 10am. Weekdays the library closes at 6pm and at 4pm on Saturday.
