It’s that time of the year when we move clocks forward one hour, which means one hour less of sleep tonight but more daylight to enjoy.
The official change is made at 2 am local time Sunday morning, but everyone is advised to make that change prior to going to bed Saturday night.
Daylight Saving Time, designed to give more daylight during the Spring and Summer, and was formally introduced in the United States in 1918.
Don’t forget to make that change, tonight, March 12, 2011!
